How do I submit a female dread disease claim?

When would a claim be declined?

A claim will be declined if:

• You withhold information from us at any stage
• Your illness was caused by excessive consumption of alcohol and drugs, radioactivity and nuclear explosions, elective termination of pregnancy or self-inflicted injury

Exclusions and conditions under which claims might be declined will also be listed in the policybook and policy schedule that is issued to you when you purchase your policy.

How much will I be paid out if I make a claim?

Some claims may result in a full pay-out, while others in a percentage pay-out.

What happens to my cover amount if I only receive a percentage pay-out?

The remainder of your cover amount remains in place until you claim again.
