1. DebiCheck your policy
DebiCheck is a once-off electronic confirmation of your debit order for your 1Life Insurance policy. Your bank will ask you to confirm a DebiCheck mandate, either via an immediate push message or SMS. You need to confirm the debit order mandate within 48 hours for the mandate to be valid and active.

Log in to the app to redeem your savings and discounts and take part in our monthly Spin & Win incentive to win a share of R10 million in prizes.
4. Level up: Earn more – and more!
There are five loyalty levels. The higher your level, the more rewards you can earn and the more chances you have to Spin & Win every month! Here’s how the levels work – and how you can level up!
Level 1: you need an active 1Life Insurance policy, a DebiCheck debit order mandate, and to have paid premiums for 1-2 consecutive months
Level 2: paid premiums for 3 – 5 consecutive months
Level 3: paid premiums for 6 – 11 consecutive months
Level 4: have an additional 1Life Insurance policy and paid premiums for 12-23 consecutive months
Level 5: have an additional 1Life Insurance policy and paid premiums for 24 or more consecutive months
Continue paying your premiums and you will move up a level. Levels are determined on the 10th of every month. You can check your level when you log into the .
